This policy covers three things: this website (sundaycomet.com), our YouTube channel (youtube.com/@SundayComet) and Sunday Comet Studio, the tool we use to manage that channel through the YouTube API.
Who we are

This website
The site is two static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising code, has no forms and loads nothing from other companies: the fonts and images come from our own server.
Like any web server, ours keeps a standard access log: your IP address, the browser’s user agent, the page you asked for, the referring page and the time. We use it only to keep the site secure and to fix problems, and we do not combine it with anything else.
Sunday Comet Studio and Google user data
Sunday Comet Studio is an internal tool. Only our own team uses it, and only with the Google account that owns the Sunday Comet channel. It is not offered to the public, and we do not ask anyone else to sign in with it.
What it accesses
When we sign in, the tool asks Google for these YouTube permissions on our channel:
youtube: manage our channel’s settings, playlists and videos;youtube.upload: upload our videos;yt-analytics.readonly: read our channel’s YouTube Analytics reports.
How we use it
We use this access only to publish and edit our own videos, playlists and channel settings, and to read our own channel’s statistics. YouTube Analytics reports are aggregated; they do not identify individual viewers.
Where it is stored
The sign-in token Google gives the tool is stored on our own computer, in a file only our account can read. We do not copy it to any other service.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. Sunday Comet Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube API Services
Sunday Comet Studio uses YouTube API Services. Using it means you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove the tool’s access to a Google account at any time from the Google security settings page.
Our YouTube channel
When you watch, comment on or subscribe to our videos, YouTube processes your data under the Google Privacy Policy. We see only what YouTube shows every channel owner: public comments, subscriptions you have made public, and aggregated statistics that do not identify anyone.
Children
Our channel and this site are made for a general audience, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to support@sundaycomet.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
